Last week was quite a wild week. Well, not wild, but interesting to say the least. I returned from the mountain with a sore throat and a runny nose, determined not to get sick. A Word to the Wise

I decided to start my “get into summer shape” diet today without knowing that it was Chandeleur (Candlemas) which is a Catholic holiday I’ve never heard of. French people consider it “le jour de crepes” or Crepe Day. Let’s just say I’ll be starting my diet after the leftover crepes are gone. Until then, I shall stuff my face with as many crepes and pain au chocolats as possible.
